Target Group - health and allied health professionals (inc disability services, mental health services etc)

Description - This workshop is designed to provide workers with an understanding of the refugee experience, particularly in relation to the impacts of torture and trauma on mental and physical health.  Explore strategies for working effectively with survivors, including reducing the risk of retraumatisation and contributing to the recovery process.
